"Look to the Sky!"

The big blob is the moon, and the smaller blob is Mars, I believe.

Luna, Mars, Venus.

The moon, Venus - the godess of love and beauty, and Mars - the god of war, saluting one another as they reach near their closest point of greeting on Monday night, around 6:40 pm (Centeral Standard time).

Unfortunitaly I missed their closest point to city lights. After I took these pictures we drove into town, and then clouds began to move in so any more star gazing (in this case planet gazing) was pointless. Their closest meeting point was around 7pm CST.

Poor choices
are made simply by failing to act upon better choices.These are the soft choices reserved for the slothful andfor cowards. Poor choices resemble open doors: no key isrequired and most paths lead there. Most friendsencourage you to enter and are willing to go along.

They find themselves unfulfilled, unchallenged,and restless. Good choices are usually locked doors: youearn the key through hard work, but a lack of purposemakes the results unsatisfying.
Excellent choices
are perfect opportunities presented with perfect timing.They often come disguised as hard work, service to others,or perhaps an impossibility. They are optionsreserved for individuals of courage and determinationwho prepare with a purpose. All but the strongest runfrom this choice. These choices are presented whenpreparation meets opportunity: the key is moldedby God, handed to you at just the right time, and fitsperfectly into your dreams and goals.
